Enjoy a hands-on cooking experience with multiple no-fuss salmon recipes that you can easily replicate back at home.  Hosted by a Registered Dietitian and a fisherwoman in a past life who has the knowledge and experience from ocean to table to help you learn how to prepare one of the world’s most nutritious foods.

OCEAN TO TABLE

Join us for a 2.5 hour cooking experience that allows you to “tour” our local fare. The thoughtfully created menu is centered around Wild Alaskan salmon and reflects common local dishes that are simple and delicious. You could easily be at any kitchen table in Ketchikan. All cooking experience and ages welcome.

We are located within walking distance of Berths 1 through 4.
